Fulfilment done!

Quick update to say that fulfilment is done. Everyone should have their boxes by now OR a tracking code at the very least.

If there’s anything wrong with your rewards or with the shipping, please DO NOT POST IT IN THE COMMENTS. The correct channel for this is [email protected] -  also provide backer info and other relevant information. We will not reply to more comments related to shipping in the comments section. Please use comments for feedback on the toolbox, suggestions, ideas on using it, and so forth.   

Tons of folks have already posted beautiful photos of the toolbox all over social media and we wanna thank them for this. 

We worked day and night for over a year to make this the best we could. We are a small indie company based in a small country like Portugal, so it’s incredible to see these toolboxes all around the world.

Fulfilment Progress

  •  Europe & Worldwide: fulfilment is done! everyone should have either received their packages by now or, at the very least, a tracking code. 
  •  North America & UK: there's only 200 packages still to be shipped. they will go out either today or tomorrow - or on Wednesday at the latest. you should start receiving your rewards soon or tracking codes. 
  •  Digital fulfilment: DONE! if you don't have the files, reach out to us. 

What about the TOOLBOX APP?

That's the only missing link of this Kickstarter. As we mentioned before, the app might take some extra time before being ready for release. As of now, we already have a completely functional and functioning prototype, but we need to make a few cosmetics updates and feature updates before sending it out to you all for beta testing. please bear with us. we think we might have something for you end of September.

Last stage of fulfilment finally begins

Finally there!

Received word from Exalted Funeral that the toolboxes have finally arrived. Ufffff, at long last! it "only" took DHL 14 days to deliver them from Baltimore's port. here's a photo directly from the warehouse. This means shipping to backers starts next monday, at least for European+WW backers. I still need to check with EF when they can start shipping out their share to NA+UK backers, but i expect/hope this can be arranged for next week as well. 

WHAT ABOUT DIGITAL? Check your e-mails, they are going out today.

Another fulfilment update

Shipping Mayhem 


  •  North America + UK: nothing goes smoothly these days. The ship carrying the toolboxes arrived to Baltimore on the 26th of July. Since then, we've sent at least a dozen e-mails requesting them to be moved into EF's warehouse and, well, here we are. They are still in the port awaiting pickup. DHL offers no explanation for this, and keep saying they will be delivered "no later than tomorrow" for about a week now. Good news is that it's only a 30-minute drive anyway. They have promised delivery once again for today. We shall see.
  •  Europe + WW: we are completely ready to do fulfilment. the toolboxes are packed and stacked. they will start moving as soon as we get confirmation that the others are also ready to go. 
  •  Digital fulfilment: everything is ready at this point too. you shall receive your Digital Packs via BackerKit. we are just waiting for the toolboxes to arrive to EF's warehouse to make sure they are all safe and sound, before releasing the digital files. this is just to make sure that physical fulfilment can start immediately after everyone gets the digital files.

Locking Addresses

hey!

Quick update to say that the toolboxes have reached Baltimore. they are now going to be processed through US customs. this means we are one step closer to the final stages of fulfilment, which will hopefully begin in a couple of weeks or so. this means it's time to lock down addresses. you have 48 hours to make any necessary changes, after that your only option is to reach out directly to us.
